Wren of the Woods will source produce from our own 117 acre regenerative organic farm and forthcoming agritourism resort community in Livingston Manor, NY and other small family farms throughout the Catskills & Hudson Valley.
Wren of the Woods will upcycle its organic waste into substrate for growing the freshest gourmet mushrooms at an affiliated state of the art vertical farm in Harlem, NYC in partnership with urban agriculture company Peat Farming.
